• 1. Who are Joseph Ribkoff and Frank Lyman?

  Joseph Ribkoff and Frank Lyman are both world renowned Canadian Designers, their clothing lines comes out of Montreal.

• 2. What kind of clothing are they?

  They are good quality clothing made out of material that is also very good quality. The designs are classic and can be trendy as well as stylish.

• 3. What is the best method for washing and caring for the clothes?

  Hand wash and line dry or gentle cycle in the washing machine, cold water, and hang to dry. You can steam the clothes lightly. They are also great for traveling as they don’t really wrinkle.

• 4. What are your store hours?

  We’re open Tuesday to Friday 10 – 5:30 & Saturday – 10 – 5.

• 5. Will you come in if I make an appointment?

  I will come in if you want to make an appointment due the fact that you can’t make it during business hours. I will also do an evening if you want to have a ladies night with a few friends.

• 6. What is a Trunk Show?

  I feature a trunk show approximately every 6 months. This is where the representative from one of the lines I carry comes to the store with several items of clothing for a season that are samples. You can view the samples and choose styles that would suit you, order the style in your size and pay for it. The clothes you order for the upcoming season will come in in a few short months and I’ll call you to come to pick up your order.

  We’re located at 975 Shoppers Row, Campbell River, B.C. My store is located just outside of the front entrance to the Coast Discovery Plaza Hotel
